Kelly Wayment is back for another free Michaels class on Thursday, March 27th at 11am MT (12pm CT). It’s all about using the Rotary Blade for cutting crepe paper crocuses! Register here to attend this online Zoom class live and ask your questions in real time.

Class Description:

Get to know the Silhouette Rotary Blade while creating beautiful springtime crocuses! Crepe paper is a specialty material that requires the Rotary Blade when cutting with a Silhouette machine. Its textured grain allows for stretching, making realistic blooms, but it can’t be cut with a regular blade.

This class is perfect for crepe-paper beginners and Silhouette users of all skill levels. Kelly will guide you through setting up your design in Silhouette Studio, ensuring a successful cut, and then show you how to shape and assemble a complete crocus.

Requirements:

  • Silhouette Rotary Blade
  • Compatible Silhouette machine: Cameo 5, Cameo 4, Cameo Pro MK-II, or Curio 2 (Kelly will demonstrate with the Silhouette Cameo 5)
  • Silhouette Studio Software installed on your computer
  • Design ID #1244741 downloaded and ready to use
  • Other supplies as listed on the registration page

Join us and bring these realistic crocuses to life with your Silhouette machine!
