If it’s a class hosted by Michael’s, you’ll find those recordings on the Michael’s Stores YouTube channel to watch later. (Check the Community Classroom playlist.) https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLWbSyrkEcwv5dNyiBmzOp0DGuIKnxxusp

Hi, Paula!
Silhouette has lots of resources you can use to help you learn how to use your machine and software. Since you’re interested in making T-shirts, I would suggest starting with this Creating Custom Apparel class and the Heat Transfer Essentials class on YouTube. Once you’re done, feel free to browse other videos from Silhouette to learn about other features and capabilities of your machine.

I’m a senior citizen and have a Cameo 4
I’d like a beginner class on stencils & vinyls.
I have an Apple computer. Technology is hard for me. A step by step walk through would be great.

December 17, 2020
Nancy, there is a video class called Vinyl All The Things that should have just what you are looking for! I use the Cameo 3 in class, but the software and techniques are still relevant with the Cameo 4.
If you prefer an eBook over video, you can find that here.

What about a class on images bigger than the mat
Kelly Wayment
December 17, 2020
April, you may want to check out this class on Vinyl All The Things where I discuss how to divide and cut a vinyl design that’s larger than the cutting width.
If you want to cut media without a mat that fits within the cutting width but is longer than a mat would hold, choose “None” as your cutting mat choice in the Page Setup Panel. This would need to be a material that can be cut without a mat (has a backing like vinyl or heat transfer for all machines, or some other stiff media with the Cameo 4).

Where would I find classes or various projects on using the Cameo Plus. I love on line classes. Please send me a email.
Kelly Wayment
December 17, 2020
The Cameo Plus is a Cameo 4 model, so most tutorials covering the Cameo 4 or Cameo Pro can be scaled up or down for your Cameo Plus. You can go through the tutorials on this blog and find project ideas for any Cameo model, most of which can be adapted for your Cameo Plus.

Bonjour,

Thank you for your feedback! Silhouette does have some support videos in various languages on their YouTube channel, and we are working to create more. Silhouette Support Series Playlist You may also wish to check out the French website Silhouettefr.fr.

is this just for the new cameo 4 users? i have a cameo 3
Kelly Wayment
January 18, 2021
Dandy, it depends on the class. If you click on each registration link, the class description should tell you which machine the instructor is working with, and much of the time you can use your Cameo 3.
